WALDORF TOWERS SOUTH BEACH, Miami Beach – A Smart Stay in the City

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. On the one hand, the location was superb, right in the midst of the action near the beach and various dining and entertainment options. However, the room had some issues with noise from neighboring areas, a lingering smell, and signs of previous guests' activities. The service was friendly but fell slightly short on providing enough discounts to make it truly satisfactory.

The hotel has cozy and modern rooms with extremely comfortable beds, some nice toiletries, and a very comfy shower, perfect for the area. However, the lack of customer service attitude was noticeable. The location is ideal for enjoying the beach and the surrounding areas, offering a perfect balance of sun and shade with 2 beach chairs in your room. The service is very friendly and accommodating, right on ocean drive. Despite some minor issues, the hotel is a great choice for a stay on Miami Beach.

The hotel is located right in the heart of South Beach, super close to the beach with a very comfy room and welcoming friendly staff. The rooms, although lacking a view, provide a chance of getting a good night's sleep. The dining options are varied, with some dishes standing out for being very good, especially considering the value. The service is exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the hotel offers a fantastic location just across the street from 'Muscle Beach. '

The hotel was nice enough but unfortunately a bit noisier than expected. The rooms had a mix of bright outdoor light and cigarette smoke, and the bathroom mirror was covered in kiss marks. The central air was controllable and essential for hot Miami nights. Service was super friendly and helpful, making our holiday unforgettable with attentive staff. The location, while noisy with thin walls, was awesome being on Ocean Boulevard, right across from the beach in South Beach Miami. The dining experience was good with tasty options on the menu. Overall, a mix of positives and negatives but still a memorable stay.

The location in South Beach is excellent for those who enjoy a lively neighborhood but may be noisy, although the hotel provides earplugs that work well. The service was highly attentive and friendly, offering valuable tips and checking if everything was pleasing. Dining at the front restaurant provided choices at a good price with a discount, despite some limitations. Overall, a decent experience with a few inconveniences to consider.
